Citrine - Heat Treated

This form of Citrine is actually Amethyst that's been heat-treated to shift its color frequency from violet purple to yellow. This is done because natural Citrine is much harder to find and is more expensive and inaccessible as a result.

In heat-treating Amethyst, it's felt that one is then able to use the stone to tap into their Solar Plexus chakra, the seat of their willpower, determination, motivation, ambition, and talents, instead of the Third Eye, which dictates more of our intuition & awareness!
